Mam, I became pregnant after 6 years ,I hv 5 weeks 2 days pregnancy on 26.02.2022 ,when I consulted dr . But on 01.03.2022 ,I have started Dark brown spotting and after that bleeding. I consulted dr. She given me injection and medicine too. But still yet I pain severe pain in lower abdomen and in back . I am so worried. Mam what does it means??
