yes I consult but according to her diet chart i did' t follow 100%
Congrats... Don worry u wl gain in yr 2nd trmister sn... Eat healthy n be happy... 10-12 kg is healthy weight gain which u wl b sn... All d best!
Oh why didn't u? that's the problem na. why don't u try following it first as key t a plan is to follow first na?? :) and you shall definitely get results.

Nilofer here is what Babychakra Pre Natal expert Dr Riddhi Chandarana has to advise. Hope you find it useful.
Eat small frequent meals every 2 hours rather than 4 meals in a day . These are the meals u should have -
Breakfast ( usually consisting of dry fruits + 1 glass of milk + snacks rich in protein ) , Mid - morning ( Coconut water or fruit ), lunch ( salad or soup, chapati / rice + Subji + dal + curd / buttermilk ) , mid afternoon ( roasted Chana or dry fruits or Khakhra ) , snacks ( any fruit juice or snacks ) , dinner ( any variety or similar to lunch ) , post dinner ( 1 glass of milk ) .
Protein rich foods -
Eggs , Fish , Meat , Dals , Pulses , Dry Fruits , Fruits , Milk & Milk Products .

don't worry Nilofer..u will gain. eat healthy and stay happy. remember you have to gain weight for your child..so follow the diet and m sure u will see result soon. Happy Eating
congrats Nilofer but sometimes doctors are not worried if u put on weight or no as long as baby gains weight.
as long as you don't loose weight and eating healthy food I dont think it is a problem. telling you frm
