Hi Tanushree! As an expecting mom weight gain was always on my mind. The key is to eat healthy and be active throught. You are not eating for two but yes nutrients are preferred than junk food. My weight gain was 10 kgs in my pregnancy. Be sure to discuss this with your gynecologist in your check ups. normally 15 to 20 kgs is okay...depends upon ur food habits...try maintaining ur diet...enjoy ur tym
10-20 kg weight gain is common. eat healthy be happy,exercise & yoga also may help take good care

Hi,Tanushree, it depends on ur BMI.Everyone need not to gain weight. People with low BMI, need to gain more...n with high BMI, 5 to 9 kgs would be enough.please talk to ur gynecologist..
