Hi, after delivery increase my weight upto 10 kg. I want to reduce my weight. pls tell me how to reduce

Hi Mohana. 10 kg is actually pretty good. A good diet, steady and safe exercise will help. Control the fatty foods and eat healthy. Also, breastfeeding does have weight reduction benefits in addition to nutrition for your baby. All the best

hi, i had gain 20 to 25 kg. best way to pull down is lots of fruit, salad sprouts etc apart than that replace ur Roti's with millets roti like ragi, bajari, jawar

remove n control sugar intake, try it atleast for month. u can replace it with sugar free in tea, milk or coffee. believe me it's cheaper than gym ;)

Try skipping with a good skipping rope. Its good for overall health. Pls ask your physician before starting any kind of exercise.

1)Avoid or reduce the intake of fried things.
2)Eat 5 to 6 small meals.
3)Avoid or reduce ready made juices as it has preservatives nd sugar.
4)also if possible give up aerated drinks .
5)eat 2 to 3 hours before you go to sleep
6)Go for a walk which even i too find difficult but this will help too.
hope by making small changes in your routine you would soon notice difference in you.
