Sharing my Recipe for immune boosting concoction.
Boil ajma, cloves, Cinnamon and elaichi.
Reduce it to half. Add ginger juice to it.
Have 5 ml shots twice a day.
Chew Tulsi leaves first thing in the morning.
Mix honey and turmeric and have it twice a day!!

Great tips. However I would to mention here that Tulsi leaves should NOT BE CHEWED because of the mercury content in them.

Kinshoo that's debatable,as the quantity one consumes is less,but to be on safer side you can gulp it with water or as you mentioned juice it or add it to warm water and make a cup of tea with lemongrass Tulsi and ginger
