For now, just focus on your diet and breastfeed. Also try babywearing and going for a walk once a day.

It's best you learn exercises from a certified therapist practically because just as every pregnancy is different so is recovery after delivery and I'ts a must you are examined before u start with a workout. A fitness expert will help you with the same.
If not then healthy diet and walking can help for now.
