Hi... M 11 weeks pregnant.. Can I do my routine work at home? Vaise to me thoda bahut kaam krti Hu like cooking.. But I feel sometimes pain in my abdomen, legs n back.. Is it safe to do routine work or I need rest??? Plz guide me


according to me 11 weeks is to early to take rest.. that's just your 3rd month... you should do the regular stuff.. not no heavy weight lifting.. go for regural walk.. n a bit of yoga.. you will get the videos on YouTube. ager zyada problem ho toh consult the doctor.. Mujhe lower abdomen me cooking ke wakt pain 7th month me shuru hua tha... doctor told me not to keep standing for long duration

Yes u can do . Maintain good postures while doing so . Don't bend forward , squat instead . Don't stand or sit for long , take frequent breaks instead . Eat well n drink well
