eating egg white is a must during pregnancy?? I am a pure vegetarian pls suggest me the other supplements for protein. I drink 2glasses of milk daily . is that sufficient?

You can have cheese, paneer, nuts, black chana, soya nuggets, curd, etc. You can even try Protein supplements like Mama protein powder and threptin biscuits. But do consult your doctor before starting that. Good luck.
