Hi Tanushree. It is understandable that you aren't able to eat a lot in a go. It is anyway advised to eat in small proportions but to eat frequently. So instead if 3 large meals break down to 6 smaller meals. Focus more on nutrition than proportion. Take iron and calcium supplements on daily basis. Try to include fruits and protein rich snacks in your diet. Eat fibrous food along with juices, milk, coconut water etc.
