breathe out through nose.?

Hi , for less or bearable pain, breath in through nose n breath out through mouth through out ur pain..For severe pain, shallow breath in and breath out through mouth only..Sit on a chair, whenever u have pain, bend forward to 45 degrees., Keep walking and lean onto wall when u have pain n start doing breathing exercise..All the best
