As per Advised by our expert Sonali shivlani (parenting ) -
An exclusively breast fed baby will pass yellow colored poop which is liquidy and had some granular consistency. It is generally not sticky or with mucous. I would recommend observing for a couple of poops and if it appears to be persistent make a mention to the baby's doctor. A baby of this weight may have been prescribed some additional supplements which could be the cause of the same and the doctor will be able to guide on the same.

she is being prescribed iron drops, zinc drops, calcium syrup and vit D drops

when I asked the doc on call he said it is normal. only the blood should not Cme in poop we have to check..

If ur doc said normal , don't worry

it's normal, baby's poop color generally depends on mommy's diet

it's ok don't worry
