have oats porridge,ragi malt,bhindi sabzi not too spicy though,shepu sabzi..all these foods are very good source to increase milk secretion.

try masoor dal, the one which is pink in color, boil it n temper with jeera whole chilly n garlic, u can have it with rice or u can drink it as well. it's beneficial in boosting milk, I tried so many times after my girl's birth
