Hello! I had joined yoga after delivery and it really helped. Are you doing any form of exercise like walking? It will help you refresh and stay fit. At this stage if you are breastfeeding I wouldn't recommend a strict diet. Breastfeeding also leads to weight loss . Pls eat healthy and start easy exercises.
no I am not bf...walking daily for 30 minutes after dinner.

Hi Poonam, right now, it is suggested not to go for a full fledged strict diet, but to focus on feeling energetic and strong. you can start some high energy exercises at home itself while you care for your little one. eat right - meaning not heavily laden with nuts and ghee, not deep fried. eat a lot of greens and fibers and proteins to keep energy high. also, after a few months, tummy will go back in as the tummy is somewhat blaoted after c-section. also don't do any difficult exercises as after c-section, it is recommended to take good care for some time. don't worry, you will be able to lose all your weight, if at all focus more on not gaining any more. be in constant touch with your doctor to understand if what you are practicing is good for you and your body or not

Changing ur diet plan isn't recommended at this stage. You might want to pick on exercising and yoga. Will give u flexibility and healthy weight loss both. Going on diet might make u loose on some nutrition.
