vegetable and egg frankie
Heat oil, add cumin. add Capsicum, carrot, peas, onions and beans and green chilly. Fry all. Add ginger garlic paste.
Added salt, pepper and a little garam masala. Keep aside when cooked and ready.
Make parantha and spread egg on it. Spread evenly. When egg starts cooking. Turn side and let it cook.add ghee from sides. One side parantha and one side egg.
Lay egg parantha on plate. Spread mayoneise, tomato sauce. Keep the cooked veges in between. Add raw fine cut onions, cucumber and tomatoes on the veges layer.
Roll the parantha and serve !!!
