roast rawa, keep aside.
heat oil, add mustard seeds, when they sputter, add long slit onions, green chilly and ginger. add curry leaves. next add tomatoes. when half done.
add salt, add veges of ur choice and fry on low flame for 2-3 min.
add water ( double of rawa taken) bring water to boil. add rawa. put lid on and let this cook. chk after 6-7 minutes if cooked. if not put lid back on.
serve with coconut or mint or tomato chutney.
