Hi Sanha, not really. Weight gain in Pregnancy is dependent on what was ur weight when u started ur pregnancy ? How have ur three months been ? Lot of nausea & vomiting or no ? What have ur activity levels been?
What is ur baby s weight as of now ?
If everything is under control , then not to worry !
Try to gain not more than 1.5 kg in a month now as baby & u will gain faster now that u r in The third trimester .
For the same - eat every 2 hours, meals rich in protein and fiber & vitamins . If vegetarian , prefer to consume lots of dry fruits , fruits , milk and milk products , green leafy vegetables. If non vegetarian , add eggs & fish to ur diet .

Be active in the form of 30-45 mins of regular walk . Before u start any workout , ask your Gynaec .
