Recipe - for dosa
Dalia (cracked wheat), sprouted moong dal, salt, hing. Grind everything together and add water to get a dosa batter. Spread on tawa. Add little oil and make like a normal dosa. dalia and moong dal 1 cup each.
Normal dosa batter, add finely cut beans, capsicum, carrot, onions, salt, green chilly and salt. Mix. Put in paddu/appe pan moulds and shallow fry with lid on.
