Besan ragi sooji pooda/chilla/dosa
half cup besan. 4 spoon ragi. 4 spoon sooji.
Added fine grinded veges like carrot, beans, peas, onions. (used a grinded to do the same )
Added water for a dosa consistency.
mix and add spices as per taste.
Make like dosa on tawa with lid on. Serve with mint/coriander/tomato/garlic chutney or sauce.
