Im 8week pregnant... i feel very hungry sometimes... im little worried about my weight as my BMI is much higher and i hv a tendency to gain weight much faster... wht shuld i do?

Go for pure protein to increase weight boiled sprouted moong, paneer and dhoklas will do good for the weight. Alternatively you can eat rice, chappati, soups as well

Avoid junk food and too much carbs

you should start with boiled vegetables for atleast one midmeal / meal a day as vegetable fiber helps you in hunger also helps your baby with minerals and vitamins and weight gain is less than a ℅ so it will help you not to put on weight and have a healthy baby.

if u feel hungry more it is just due to hormonal changes in body. its natural. take small small meals ..milk juice biscuits. oats . dont worry to much abt ur weight. ask ur gynec. if she suggest for a walk . then u may walk slowly for 15-25 mins
