upto 12 kgs is considerd as healthy weight gain in pregnancy. if u r comcerned abt ur growimg weight plan talk to ur gyno or talk to a dietician. but pls dont stop.eating.
also walk and remain active.

Please eat well and enjoy your pregnancy. Never stop eating. instead eat more of protein and less carbs and fats. walking will help but not more than half the twice a day. also try to be active will help.
