I have a
1 year old baby
make badam powder at home and mix it with a glass of milk and drink twice a day. baby weight will increase. Recipe for it is A cup full of badam with its chilka fry it with 1/2 spoon ghee 1-2 cardamom and a pinch of kesar. After it cools down grind it to a fine powder and store it in a airtight container. mix this misture with lot milk and drink twice a day till your delivery. baby's overall development will be good along with weight.
It is important that you increase over all protein intake. Ensure that with every meal there is a protein item. Nuts when you wake up, eggs or dal chilla for breakfast, seeds mid morning, dal or non veg for lunch, sprouts in the evening and dal or non veg for dinner. In addition drink milk and curds as well.
