Hi lovely ladies, can u pls advice me how to start weight loss programme, I am mother of 6 month old baby who is under weaning process... can I follow the diet chart that comprises of pulses, green veg, fruits , oats, salads n ragi ...can I completely cut on carbohydrates n oil...pls suggest...

Oats and ragi are carbohydrates. It is not recommended that you eliminate any food group completely as this can lead to a nutrition deficiency. Eat balanced, avoid fried and sugary foods, work with smaller portions and start with a walking program.
