I am breastfeeding my three weeks old baby..but sometimes she cries a lot as my milk supply is lesser somedays and we give her little lactogen only after which she stops crying..Doctors say only breastfeeding..what do I do if the baby is still hungry after breastfeeding..

if the baby is peeimg 5-6 times in a day and is gaining weight steadily the milk is enough

it takes abt 3-4 weeks for the body to understand the feed cycle. demand and supply basically. the more u feed, the more ull make. babies cry cause of lot of reasons.

hunger is only one of the reasons.
feed baby 20 min per side
feed on demand
burp after every 10 min.

Your baby will cry for various reasons such as hunger, dirty diaper, boredom, a little scared or maybe just to ask for a cuddle. Keep track of the number of times the baby passed urine - about seven to eight in a twenty four hour period. If urine output is adequate, stools are yellow and weight gain is on track it is best to exclusively breast feed.

Thanks a lot..her stools are regular..but today she hasn't passed stools even once

if milk supply is less take shatavari powder with milk substantially increases supply
