I have a
3 years old baby
There are different types of Banana out of it please don't give him the commonly used fruit call robasta but you can give him the small elachi Banana which is good for health even in winter. make him some soups homemade pasta with veggies etc don't call the usual names just try different names and add ghee to enhance their taste buds.
baby must be bored with same food. ..plus try new things. ....yes as prithvi said each banana is safe....and morning pls make sure u give baby a healthy breakfast like Ragi malt. .and for rice in afternoon add daily new vegetables with dal..sometimes go with paratas. ..

I believe u shud try giving him d usual food that adults eat... If he is fussy about veggies n lentils, then u may mash them a bit with a fork, and mix the same with rice or give with a chapati... The baby not liking the khichdi and daliya is a great sign that it's time for him to explore the usual everyday food... All the best

there are elaichi banana , smaller ones which you can give to your child in winters also , as these may not cause cough.
for winter you can try ragi and baira as well... good for health...soups...and fresh juices
