This one is for the mommies of all the fussy eaters. Children all the time want to eat noodles right? I want to share a very healthy substitute:
Veggie vermisalies (aka sevaiyaa):
There is a suji version of this Avialable in market and I recently found one made of quinoa which I thought is extremely healthy for our fussy eaters.
So today morning we made these for breakfast.
Boil the quinoa Savaiyaa add a pinch of salt while boiling. Strain and keep aside for a while.
Cut some fresh mix vegetables - I chose broccoli, bell peppers, corn, carrot, olives, cherry tomatoes and tossed these in some olive oil.
Further I added the boiled quinoa Savaiyaa in the vegetables with some salt and pepper and a little bit of mix herb seasoning and we were sorted.
