Walking is one of the safest exercises during pregnancy. However before you start a walking program do get the permission from your doctor. Wear comfortable shoes, eat a small snack and carry a bottle of water to stay hydrated. When you walk ensure that you walk brisk but don't get breathless. I mean from which week ?

Even I am also doing the same since 5th month as my doctor recommended me.
Morning 30 mins walk, afternoon and night after food 20 -30 mins walk...
