Becoming mum is the world`s best feeling and Being first time mum there comes various responsibilities, delimmas, anxiety, and what not. We always try to do our best. But sometimes we lack proper guidance. But there is one simple mantra to all the delimmas;“be calm” ;because a mother knows her child better;and follow your instincts as there is lot of information easily available just a click away but not every information is of use or correct. Choose wisely. ;
; ; ;;Nutrition and child health;go hand in hand. As a first time mum we struggle a lot in order to do our best but this journey made me realize there is no need to panic because a calm and happy mother can only ;do their best for their children. We can simply achieve this by focusing on their proper nutritional requirements which we can achieve by inculcating some healthy habits since beginning. Eg: make eating fun, if possible establish routine to enjoy meals together with family. But never force them it develops aversion to food. Just be patient and hang on and stick to the routine. There are times when children tend to be fussy. Try making different versions of same things and observe. ;Children try to copy their parents so first make healthy eating our own habit . let's create a happy and healthy generation which is in our hands.
; ; ; ;Now how to make sure child is getting complete nutrition... Well the best way is plan things. By planning we can ensure that child is having everything in terms of nutrition.;Weekly plan;their time table for what vegetables, pulses, grains, fruits you are going to have. Try other things in next week. This way we can keep check on nutrition as well as kid will not be complaining of eating same vegetables or pulses. And another pro you don't have to waste your time thinking what should I prepare for dinner or lunch etc as it is pre planned. This way we can be more organized and can spend more quality ;time with our children.;
; ; ; Once in a while it's okay to have junks but we can limit that occasionally. And we can replace unhealthy stuffs with some healthy ingredients while preparing at home.;
;Now a days it has become very important to keep check on our kids diet and nutrition as increasing number of diseases are due to unhealthy eating habits and nutritional deficiencies.;
