My tip...You must must must take out time for yourself. Even if it's just 20 minutes. It makes do much of difference. Try reading a book or anything you like. Go for a walk and exercise. You LL feel the difference

Daily 15 mim exercise. ..take lots of water, apply alovera gel on face; once in a day.....hearing music during house chore. ..

Take out; atleast 20 minutes time for meditation. It will cleans your mind from past experiences and will give you stengh for present and future;; s good karma. Meditation is very good for mind , body and soul so must try it.

Drink lot of water as it is very hot.Spend atleast 10 minutes alone to feel relax.Go out for a walk with ur baby as u n he feel happy n have a fresh air .
