Move your wrists: sit in vajrasana or any cross legged position or even on a chair. Stretch your arms out in front and make a fist with the thumb inside. Rotate your wrists clockwise. Inhale as you rotate up and exhale as you rotate down. Do seven rounds . Repeat counterclockwise. Breathe long and deep.
