Arbi and Yam has lot of health benefits, it's rich in fibre so keeps constipation away. In ayurvedic it's even given for piles but sometimes uncooked Arbi or Yam gives itching. To avoid this use "Gauva leaves" just put one leaf while cooking. By mistake you still happen to eat and feel itchy inside your throat.. Take little tamarind and chew. Tamarind juice will reduce the itching.
