Hi my baby is delivered in 8th; month..and is still in hospital . They said they would keep her for couple of days.. as she is premature baby.. so Pls suggest some diet for me to feed the baby.. as my Bp is also high...

Eat everything.. drink more water.. include more fresh veggies, fruits, lentils, cereals, dairy products.. make sure to have small meals or snacks in every two or three hour interval..

Have a balanced diet including nuts, seeds, dryfruits, fresh fruits and vegetables. Hydrate well. Include enough proteins from milk, dairy products like curd and paneer. If you do have eggs and fish include them too.

Keep your salt intake low, avoid processed foods especially papads, pickles, bread and bakery

Is coconut water good.. in high Bp.. Sum one said its high in sodium

No, pls avoid coconut water

Restrict ur salt intake. Have atleast 2.5 litres of water during the day. Include ghee and dates in ur diet. Have high quality proteins like egg, fish and lentils
