Our eyes are one of the most important sense organ's we have. Besides vision related issues many times with age, workload, stress and screen times our eye muscles get weak.This puts excess pressure on the cornea (eye lense) which in turn causes irritation in eyes, blood spots, pain and blackened under eyes.
A simple remedy can save us from all this.
Every morning after your daily loo routine, before bath fill your mouth with water. Then wash your eyes with cold water 5-6 times and then throw out the water from your mouth.
Repeating this for even 15 days will help reducing lot of eye related problems as this is a kind of excercise.
