#takeover #entrepreneur . So many of you have questions on starting off on your own! I’d love to share some of my experiences and hopefully they ‘ll help. #warning : entrepreneurship can be a brutal journey. Only read if you want the honest truth and bare bone facts. But first, let’s start with a ‘glamor’ pic of entrepreneurship;) @priya Sood Khushboo Chouhan

this was such a proud moment indeed!!!

And here are a few more (prepping you all for the tough parts);)

Now here are the tough parts.1. You will Get challenged everyday and everyday is super super tough. When building a company you are building something new. Something that has not been built before. You will constantly question yourself, your capabilities and whether you are #goodenough . And trust me, you will never find yourself good enough! The biggest battle in entrepreneurship is always and everyday with yourself and your convictions.

2. The next big challenge is always and always the team. The team that builds with you is the set of leaders that cause you the greatest joy and sometimes the greatest heartaches. I am personally a very people s person and I take pride in my team. When a team member is not ethical or does not perform with the best interest of the company in mind, it’s the worst feeling in the world for an entrepreneur. You start wondering and introspectjng what I could have done better to ensure this situation did not arise. Now I am finally at peace with the fact that it takes all types to make the world and to deal with a level of equanimity with both super and passionate and inspiring team members and also those who disappointed.. fortunately at BabyChakra the ratio of those inspiring to those disappointing is so skewed to inspiring that I am 360 out of 365 days in a very happy place 🤞❤️

3. No one can teach you entrepreneurship . You just learn on the job. Everyday is something new, something challenging. The biggest learning for me was to constantly keep learning. Also to esp learn what my strengths and weakenesses are and to play to my strengths always and have other leaders in the Company way better than me lead their verticals. Entrepreneurship is not a solo play. It’s a team sport and the better your team and the better they are from you, the better shot you have at success at your mission 🙌🤘

Every woman and especially every mother already has the ability to multi task and create better relationships. I think it's just about self confidence and risk taking. We should just Believe in ourselves and give it our best! Women Entrepreneurs Rock!

Totally agree Priya Sood !

Now here s the typical day of an entrepreneur! Start the day with 5 alarms :) Does anyone else s phone look like this ? 🙈

My alarms looks exactly like this... I still get up only by 7.15 am though alarms start poking my at 6.15 am

Yes mine does too! I have alarms even at two min intervals at times😁

It's really tough to build something new and sustenance is tougher

Wow..ur so inspiring...

To lead a team beautifully is a great skill. Ur truly; soo inspiring!!

Aditi Jaju Agrawal I am still learning honestly! The team teaches me more than I can ever teach them. Also my aspiration for every team member is to be a leader of and within Babychakra. Also for every parent who uses BabyChakra : to be a leader and a voice of BabyChakra to the whole world.

Aditi Ahuja it is. I won’t lie about it not being tough. But if we don’t take chances , if we don’t test ourselves we don’t grow. In my darkest, most low times in entrepreneurship the one thing I keep telling myself is that this too shall pass. Hang on for another day.

Aditi Ahuja for sustenance, start by planning upfront and constantly keep testing whether your business model works. Whatever works start investing more and more in. Take a few calculated risks. Most importantly bet on yourself and teach yourself basic financial and strategic skills. Prioritize all the time on where to spend your time.

I also aspire to be a mompreneur somewhere later in my life and your posts are working as an eye opener as well as motivation..:)
