Soaked almonds : the first thing for your toddler in the morning....

Method of preparation: take 8-10 almonds (it depends upon the quality of almond also, on my case I use "mamra" type of almonds).

2. Soak them in a cup of drinking water.

3. Cover them and keep for 8-10 hours...

And a rich source of calories, vitamin e, abundant source of fiber, energy is ready for your baby.....
