very nice q. new borns fall asleep while breastfeeding. u need to wake them up. the new mom feels that baby is full and puts her down to sleep - baby wakes up and starts crying again. we think it's colic - but she is hungry because she didn't feed properly!

During pregnancy i had boiled spinch n tomato daily (without any spices ) ...It helps to hydrated . also increase hb level n gives energy. .

I had buttermilk thrice a day and lots of seasonal fruits which helped a lot

Don't worry this phase will pass soon and trust me you will miss it after. So plz enjoy this time, these bf moments, these sleepless nights, those little hands and toes, carrying him in your arms (coz when he will start walking he will never want to be in your lap). I miss all this

When ur a new mom.. follow a golden rule.. when baby sleeps u also should sleep.. and relax Ur body.. coz then with anxiety and physical exertion it takes a toll slowly.

V imp take care of ur calcium n D3levels as we all suffer later

Initially milk supply is less, don't worry it's enough for baby's small tummy so don't give up,keep trying and if still you face problem don't hesitate to check with your doctor and start formula, keep feeding and be stress free.; You will know what's best for the baby.!!

Listen to ur gut frst As a new mom, i hv gt many advices n u may get it too lyk how to raise ur child, how to hold dem n blah blah! Take it oll vd a grain of salt —just coz ur MIL; put her kids down to sleep on their stomachs to keep dem calm, it doesn't mean u should do dat too. Things have changed now! Neva use kajal n any home made experiments on dem vdout consulting ur pediatrician..
Ultimately,u know ur baby best..coz I didn't take any step before consulting her pediatrician n some help from baby chakra 😊

During pregnancy I used to get headaches.. started eating an Apple and surprisingly my headaches were gone..apples help in reducing headaches

When I was pregnant, I thought carrying and delivering will be the difficult thing,; but when I gave birth,; then I came to know that first month with a new born is still worse than delivery. You will not know for what they are crying. You have to figure out that,which will take some days or even months. You will get loads and loads of advice from all the directions. You will get too many solutions for the same problem. whatever,; finally YOU have to be one taking decision. Next challenge was breast feeding.when you have problems in breastfeeding,; just don't think that you are the only one having problem with breast feeding. Every new mom has problem breast feeding in some way. As your are exclusively breast feeding or mixed; feeding don't hesitate to eat full. Eat healthy. Don't think about your weight gain,; you can reduce it soon. I got critised for my weight gain. Just ignore them. Think about the growth and health of the baby.; Environment is different. So expect the unexpected. Get prepared for anything anytime.

The GERD that we get in pregnancy vanishes post delivery like magic.; So put up with a smile all those heart burn nights, they are not going to make your life miserable forever. Good luck
