Trouble related with menstrual cycles are a cause of worry for many women almost every month. Irregular cycles, low or high amount of discharge, pain and cramps are common issues.

One very easy home remedy which we use in our family for this problem is that just when the date is approach like one week before we start eating about 2 tea spoons of a mix twice a day.

This helps cleanse the system properly, regularizes the date to a great extent and helps reduce pains and cramps.

On a griddle (tawa), roast 1 small bowl of moti saunf (fennel seeds), 4-5 tea spoons of ajwain and 1-2 tea spoon of methi dana.

Roast it while taking care that it doesn't burn.

You can store this mix when cool in a container. It stays good for 1 month.

In Winters consuming this with a little piece of Jaggery is very good for health. This mix is a bit bitter because of methi dana so if you can't chew swallow it with water.
