; Ingredients:-

Basmati rice- 1 cup

Tamatar-1cup finely chopped

Pyaaz-1 medium size

Sabut lal mirch-2

Tej patta-1

Kali mirch powder-1/2 teaspoon


Dalchini stick 1 inch

Hing ek pinch

Lehsun-5 cloves

Lal mirchi powder-1/2 teaspoon

Dhania powder-1/2 teaspoon

Haldi powder-1/2 teaspoon

Jeera- 1/4 teaspoon

Rai-1/4 teaspoon

Oil 3 tablespoon

Hari mirch- 3


Sabse pehle basmati rice ko 30 minutes ke liye soak karenge. Pyaaz lehsun tamatar Hari mirch ko barik kat lenge.

Pressure cooker me oil dalenge jab oil garam ho jayega tab usme jeera Rai dalenge. Sath me sabut lal mirch, dalchini, Laung aur Kali mirch dalenge. Jab ye chatakne lage tab usme lehsun pyaaz dalenge.jab pyaaz aur lehsun Ka colour golden brown ho Jaye tab usme Hari mirch aur tamatar dalenge. Aur thoda SA salt denge isse tamatar jaldi soft ho jayenge. Ab isme lal mirch powder, dhania powder and haldi powder dalenge aur thoda pakayenge. Ab isme rice dalenge aur ache se mix Karen ke baad 1.5-2 cup Pani dalenge aur ek ubal aane ke baad cooker cover Karke 2 whistle aane tak medium flame pe pakayenge.. pressure khatam ho Jaye tab ready ho Gaya Aapka yummmyyy tomato rice... Enjoy kare raita ya curry ke sath.


Agar aap chahe to tomato ki puree Bana le aur Pani ki jagah tomato puree me rice paka sakte Hain..
