Chana dal 1 cup soaked overnight
Onions 1 med finely chopped
Green chilies; 3 finely chopped
Ginger piece finely chopped
Coriander leaves 1/2cup; finely chopped
Curry leaves 10; finely chopped
Salt to taste
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Fennel seeds; 1tsp
Oil; for deep frying
👉Drain and grind the soaked chana dal and green chillies without using any water to a slightly coarse mixture.
;👉Add all the other ingredients and mix it with hand.
👉Take a; ball size mixture make small patties.
👉Deep fry until brown colour on medium heat and serve hot with any chutney.
