@ ca deepika..nuts, paneer, lentils, sprauts are good source of protien apart from ur protien supplement rxbed by ur dr.

For vegetarian people options are limited to compensate the growing protein demand..😪
If you think u r not getting enough protein then you may buy threptin disks(these are protein biscuits). You can have 3-5 biscuits daily 🍪🍪
Apart from that you can include 2glass milk, soybeans, French beans, paneer, broccoli etc in your diet. 🥗🍼🥛🍚

These are totally safe.
They contain less calories and meant to provide protein content.
But still if you are not sure , you can ask your doctor about them .

Even i need normal delivery .my first baby was c sec now she is 7 years old i m conceving after 7 years for second child .can it happen can i go for normal delivery
