GOOD LUCK DEAR! and pls keep us updated on the progress :)

Thxs Asha.; I am pumping at work.. the office has a facility of ladies restroom which even had fridge.. used the same... so I can give my lil one my milk itself.. :-)

Hey Neha. Congratulations to new beginning. What matters most is how comfortable r u and Ur little one. If u r working or SAH mom people will give their comment. So take it positively.

Congratulations for the new innings dear , it indeed challenging !! And I can make out from your words you will balance it perfectly ! Best wishes .

Hi, congratulations! Pls advise how you take care of your child in ofc. Is there a crutch or someone to look after?

Don't feel guilty.. you as an individual also have a life so ignore the Sayers..
This is also a way office people initiate conversations.. ab aur Kya bolenge woh :) so ignore them and focus on your career.. post office it is baby time!

Dear all, how do you manage after delivery..both home n ofc. I m on maternity leave n wish to join ofc...bit worried how ppl manage!

Thxs everyone for the encouragement.. Shruti..; there is a crutch near by but I have a maid and home and mother in law is there.. I have; taken reduced timings working option which we have as option so I am not off for more than 6-7 hourz

Shruti Ratnakar I have tagged you in an article pls read thru it

Shruti I just have 3 days of experience but what I have realised is a strong support system for baby helps.. whatever works for u.. I have a team mate who has put her child in day care and manages.. in office it's office time obviously if anything urgent from home u can take but all minor things should be taken care in your absence and at home it's home.. u and baby and family
