hi sonam - mood swings and emotional ups & downs are natural in pregnancy owing to hormonal changes. pls distract yourself with something you like doing - reading, listening to music, watching movies, any hobby. call a friend over or talk to her over the phone. this will keep happening but you need to try and keep yourself in positive frame of mind. tc.
