Healthy snacks for the toddler - Roasted makhana(lotus seed) and peanuts!! 🌽🍚🍴🥄

.

.

Makhanas or lotus seeds are rich in protein, fibre, magnesium, potassium, iron and zinc. I also eat the same snack as it is high in fibre and low in calories which makes it great for weight loss. Just roast it in ghee or olive oil, sprinkle some salt and you are good to go.

i love lotus seeds!!

Hi...can I give this to.my 21 month baby. and how ? He has got teeths but not sure if he can munch it... I was about to ask this question

Yes Aradhana you can give roasted crispy ones. Kids love them

I love this since childhood..my grandma ate but I also ate with her

Just one thing..too much causes constipation so with this one should have fibre rich foods too.
