Yes feeling more hot than others is normal in this time because of continous metabolism going on inside. I feel a lot heat in the soles of hands and feets. I am keeping the ac at 16 even in this cool rainy weather. Everybody else is shivering once they enter my room. And itching is also normal as the skin is getting stretched. Use coconut oil or bio oil or any other moisturiser where ever u feel the itch. Keep ur diet balanced and avoid oily food as u are already doing it. Try to keep urself ultra clean and hygienic. Hair oil and shampoo at least twice a week. U can use a foot cooling cream. For pimples on face u can use tea tree oil and peppermint essential oils. Slowly u will get used to it. Increase your water intake also to at least 4 to 5 liters. And do not restrict micturition!

Ap khoob Sara pani piyo. Aur fruits khao thande like watermelon, cucumber etc. Pet pe moisturuser lagaye raho. Aur koi acchi stretch marks cream bhi lagao like palmers, mamaearth or bio oil. Bath bhi kar skte ho do time. Sar mein thoda curd laga ke 10-15 mein baad dho lijiye. Acchi conditioning ho jayegi .
