Thick curd 2 cups
Mix fruits of your choice1 cup
Mix dry fruits of your choice 1/4 cup
Condense milk 2 tbsp
👉Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for 20 minutes.
👉Chop all the desired fruits into cubes.
👉Roast the dry fruits for 2 minutes and crush a little.
👉Add condense milk to curd and mix well.
👉In a glass set each ingredient in layers. Start with the dry fruits, then the hung curd and lastly the layer of fruits.
👉Now add some dry fruits over the top.
👉garnish with fruits of your choice
