My baby enjoys starters and deserts more than anything. .So that inspires me to make something every day ☺️☺️
Today I made mutton keema chop .
Boil potatoes and keep aside .
Take little onion and add ginger garlic paste and cook the minced meat or keema.
Now add salt and haldi and garam masala .
After its cooked mix it with mashed potatoes and add finely chopped onions , little but salt if required , crushed garlic , mint leaves and dhania leaves , little bit of chat masala and a few drops of lemon juice .
Now make small cutlets and put it on a girdle tawa with minimum oil..
Change the sides and it's done.
