Aap ghee do khaane me...Daal me de skte ho...Halwa me de skte ho. Dry fruits ka powder banao aur usko milk me daal ke do... Banana khilao har roz... Sweet potato b de skte ho bich bich me. Add potatoes, green leafy vegetable, eggs. Jo aap ghar me khaate ho sara khana do... Har 2 ghante me kuch kuch offer karte raho khaane k liye.
Aap chaho toh dietician se mil ke proper diet chart banwa sakte ho.
