OATS RAGI LADOOS

Oats and Ragi are very good for the health. Ragi is very good during winters and rainy. As it is important to give oats every day to the baby . We can't give same porridge daily . So here is the sweet which we can give to the baby to satisfy her sweet cravings and healthy snack too.

Ingredients:

Oats - 1/2 cup

Ragi powder - 1/4 cup

Dry fruits powder - 1/2 cup ( mix of dry roasted almonds , cashew, pista, kismis)

Jaggery - 1cup

Ghee - 1/4 cup

Preparation:

* Dry roast the oats in tawa till slightly golden color.

* Heat the ghee in a pan and add ragi powder and roast the powder till the raw smell goes away.

* In a blender add all the above dry ingredients and blend then add the Jaggery and blend.

* In a bowl add the blended mixture and mix them well and start making small small ladoos.

* here it's done now u can give a ladoo to the baby every day.
