We all love making cutlets and fritters of various kinds. I was making poha potato and veggie cutlets today when I found the mixture a little sticky. I had some bread with me which was not very fresh..we usually wet the bread in little water and squeeze it and add it to the cutlets but I just crumbled it well and added probably acted like bread crumbs.

The cutlets were super crispy. So, now on the trick is to crumble the bread just like that instead of getting it in water.

Here a picture of the same!! can even use this to make crispy aloo tikki chaat!!

Thanks dearies and do try it..the effort of soaking the bread is saved and results are better..just take care crumble the bread well and grate the potatoes..
