Bending on ur knees,
Sitting down all of a sudden or raising up with thurst..
Lifting heavy weights..
These should be avoided..
U can do daily work which goes with ease..
Keeping urself active can help ur pregnancy and normal delivery too..
Strict bed rest is usually recommended only in few situations like low lying placenta, twins, or recurrent spotting per vaginum..
So check if ur doctor is suspecting any of these..
And then follow whatever she tells u to do..

Just don't lift heavy think and try avoid pressure in your tummy portion...rest you can do your household work..
Saanvi light work u can to keep urself busy as well as active. Don't lift heavy things, don't bend, don't climb stools; etc. Avoid sitting down.
