I guess third trimester woes (less sleep, backaches, leg pains etc etc) have started coming up! These will aggravate gradually, its scaring me a lot.

Rest on ur left side to the max..
Avoid sitting or standing for long..
Hot water soak for at least ten minutes once in a while gives relief..
Always have height below ur legs..
Ur gravid uterus can start pressuring ur nerves..
So nothing to worry..

Facing same issues in my left leg for last three days because of cold weather and pregnancy. Just trying to keep that leg warm buy covering it with some cloth and some massage . It helps and God knows it will go or not. But you can only hope and just some more time...

Hi.. Exactly same thing happening with me too. Left leg calf and hip both pain at same time in the middle of sleep. U can use pillows, at side of ur back, between knees, in other side of front. Also the more u stretch during day time and walk, it become less painful. Apply volini and hot compress. I have to sleep at right side when it's unbearable

Charu Nb yes i am using a pregnancy pillow, and relispray. Mostly sleeping on right side.

Facing same problem since days.. pain becomes unbearable at night.. tried massage, hot water bag,; pillows, relispray bt no relief. I have pain on both sides.. i think body is not able to take so much weight.. on top of that i have bad cramps.. i think these are pregnancy gifts😞

Darn.. take care dear Amrita ! The only relief I have found is very light massage and walking in the day.

Akanchha Pandey yeah due to the pain when i am stretching the legs my calf muscles become super tight and very painful. The tenderness stays for the whole day. Goes after walking and a good mustard oil massage.
